Our Story

As new farmers, we, Jessa and Jeff, moved to this farmstead in 2018 and purchased the property in 2021. Our goal is to honor the past while nourishing your future, focusing on heritage preservation in our poultry, livestock, and produce. After years of restoring the property and building a sustainable farm, we recently rebranded to the original name of Parkfield Farm in 2025.
The Farm’s Legacy

The roots of Parkfield Farm run deep, beginning in 1848 when Scottish immigrants first established the homestead. The beautiful farmhouse, built in 1872, has stood witness to generations of farmers who worked this land. We are honored to continue this legacy, ensuring the farm’s rich history endures for generations to come.
Our Heritage Breeds & Products
We specialize in raising a variety of heritage breeds as part of our commitment to sustainability and preservation.

Gloucestershire Old Spots: We sell pork by the cut.
Cows

Dexter: We currently have Soirche and Róisín, with plans for calves in the future.
Sheep

Our flock is a mix of two heritage breeds, Shetland and Icelandic (Greta and Gerta). We may switch to or add the Black Welsh Mountain heritage breed in the future.
